1. Identification and Intended Use

Product: LR-03 Control Cabinet

Intended use: Control cabinet for multi-axis robotic arm.

The control cabinet is intended to be integrated into a complete robotic system. Final safety validation, risk assessment, and compliance with applicable regulations are the responsibility of the system integrator.

2. Operating Conditions

Operating temperature: −10 °C to +40 °C

Relative humidity: 20–80 % RH, non-condensing

Installation environment: Indoor, controlled industrial environment

3. Electrical Requirements

Power supply: Single-phase AC with protective earth

Input voltage: 220–240 VAC, 50–60 Hz

Internal DC rails: 24 VDC / 5 VDC

Maximum power consumption: 3.8 kW

Protective earth connection is mandatory. Operation without proper earthing is not permitted.

Upstream protection according to local electrical regulations. Power and signal wiring must be routed separately. Main power must be disconnected before servicing.

Digital I/O: 16 DI / 16 DO, 24 VDC, configurable NPN / PNP

Power restoration behavior: No automatic motion after power restoration

Disconnect mains power before servicing.

Keep enclosure free of dust and debris. Do not use liquids or solvents for cleaning.

Software-level indicators are available for system diagnostics.

System faults can be diagnosed through software logs.

7. Transport and Storage

Protect the unit from shocks and vibrations during transport.

Protect from moisture and dust during storage.

8. Documentation, Modifications and Liability

Detailed documentation is provided separately.

Modifications are not recommended, may void warranty, and must be performed by qualified personnel.

The manufacturer is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use or integration.

9. End of Life and Disposal

Electrical and electronic components must be disposed of properly.
